Cape May Linen Rental Agreement & Care Policy
Welcome to Cape May Linen! We are committed to providing clean, high-quality linens for your stay. Please review the following Rental Agreement & Care Policy before placing your order. By renting from Cape May Linen, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required for all linen rentals. The security deposit protects against loss or damage to rented items beyond normal wear and tear.
Your security deposit will be refunded within 3–5 business days after all rented linens have been returned, inspected, and verified to be in excellent condition.
To receive a full refund:
-
All rented items must be returned.
-
Linens must be free of permanent stains and damage beyond normal wear.
-
Linens must not require excessive cleaning or replacement.
If damages, excessive cleaning, missing items, or late fees are incurred, the applicable charges will be deducted from your security deposit. If the total charges exceed the amount of the security deposit, the remaining balance will be invoiced and is due upon receipt.
Rental Period
Linens are rented for the dates selected at the time of booking.
All rental items must be returned by the agreed-upon return date. Late returns may result in additional rental charges. Items not returned within the agreed rental period may be considered lost and billed at their replacement value.
Linen Care
All rentals include professional laundering after use.
Please do not wash, dry, iron, steam, bleach, or spot-treat the linens before returning them. Household detergents, bleach, stain removers, and high heat can permanently damage our rental inventory.
