Once your linens are returned and inspected, your deposit will be promptly refunded.

We understand that gentle use is part of the rental experience. However, items that are significantly damaged or missing may result in a partial or complete deduction from your deposit. We handle all assessments with care and fairness.

At the end of your stay, place all linens and towels in the provided laundry bag. Our team will collect them directly from your rental property — no additional effort required.

Each piece is professionally laundered using premium detergents and pressed to perfection. We follow meticulous cleaning standards to ensure every set arrives fresh, crisp, and ready to enjoy — as if brand new.

We’re happy to accommodate mid-stay requests whenever possible. Simply reach out to our team, and we’ll arrange an additional delivery so your comfort is never interrupted.

Many of our guests fall in love with the feel of our linens. Select items may be available for purchase — please head to our shop page, and we’ll be delighted to assist.

Our delivery window is between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM on your arrival day. We coordinate directly with local rental schedules to ensure your linens are delivered promptly and placed with care, so they’re ready when you arrive.

On your departure day, please place all linens and towels in front of your rental property by 10:00 AM. Our team will collect them shortly thereafter. No need to be present — simply leave them neatly bagged for a seamless pickup experience.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

There's a refundable deposit of $20 PER ORDER, not per item purchased. Upon return and inspection of all rented items, we will promptly issue you a refund.
