Yes. To ensure the continued quality of our collection, a refundable $25 damage deposit is applied per order.
Once your linens are returned and inspected, your deposit will be promptly refunded.
Your rental covers the entirety of your stay — from the moment you arrive until your scheduled departure. Every order is thoughtfully timed for delivery and collection, ensuring a seamless and worry-free experience.

At the end of your stay, place all linens and towels in the provided laundry bag. Our team will collect them directly from your rental property — no additional effort required.

Our delivery window is between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM on your arrival day. We coordinate directly with local rental schedules to ensure your linens are delivered promptly and placed with care, so they’re ready when you arrive.
On your departure day, please place all linens and towels in front of your rental property by 10:00 AM. Our team will collect them shortly thereafter. No need to be present — simply leave them neatly bagged for a seamless pickup experience.
